For a wired or wireless connection, follow the steps below:
- Plug in the controller with your cable.
- Press the Home button and your controller will be paired with the console, including wirelessly.
Connect to PC (Windows 10+)
Wired connection:
- Plug in the controller with your cable.
- Press the Home button and your controller will be paired with the PC.
For a wireless connection (Bluetooth), your PC will need to be equipped with Bluetooth connectivity, or you will need a compatible Bluetooth dongle connected to your PC. Then do the following:
- Start by going into “Settings” > “Bluetooth & other devices” and turning Bluetooth on.
- Select "Add Bluetooth or other device".
- Next select "Bluetooth" from the Add a device menu.
- Press the Home button to power on your Reflex.
- Next, hold down the Home Button and Create Button together on your Reflex controller until the light around the Touchpad flashes.
- Look at your “Add a device” list, and “Wireless Controller” will appear.
- Select it, and once it connects, the light around the Touchpad will turn solid.
Depending on the device, certain features on the controller might not be available. There is no guarantee that all devices are compatible with the controller. To check which PC devices/operating systems support the DualSense controller driver, please consult your device's manufacturer.
Connect to iOS (iPhone & iPad)
Compatibility:
iOS 13 or later
iPadOS 13 or later
To pair your controller:
- Start by going into “Settings” > “Bluetooth” and turning Bluetooth on. Keep this screen open to be able to see devices.
- Hold down the PS and Share buttons until the light bar starts blinking (meaning it is searching for devices to connect to).
- Look at your “My Devices” list, and “DUALSHOCK 4 Wireless Controller” will appear.
- Select it, and once it connects the light bar will turn solid.
Note: Each time you change devices, you must pair the controller with the new device.

Connect to Android
Compatibility:
Android 10 or later
- Go into the “Settings” of your Android smartphone.

Select “Connected Devices”

Click on “Pair New Device” to put your phone in pairing mode.
- Press the PS and Share buttons at the same time until the light bar begins to flash. The controller is now in pairing mode, which makes it discoverable by your Android device.
Connect to Apple TV
Compatibility
tvOS 13 or higher
To pair your controller:
- Turn the controller off.
- Press the PS and Share buttons at the same time until the light bar begins to flash. The controller is now in pairing mode, which makes it discoverable by your Apple device.
- Go into “Settings” > “Remotes and Devices” > “Bluetooth” to turn Bluetooth on. Keep this screen open to be able to see devices.
- Look at your “Other Devices” list, and “DUALSHOCK 4 Wireless Controller” will appear.
- Select it, and once it connects, the light will turn solid.
Note: Each time you change devices, you must pair the controller with the new device.
