We ship our orders from 3 different locations:

• DUL (Duluth, GA - USA)
• ALM (Almere, Netherlands)
• TAC (Taiwan)

Your order can potentially come from any of these HUB. The decision is based on many different factors, including the product ordered, your location, the business of each factory, etc. We will always select the best fit to deliver you as soon as possible.

Please note:

• Depending on where your order ships from and your location, customs delays may occur. Please note that we have no power over that and our Customer Care team cannot contact customs. If your package is in customs, please allow some time for it to be released. 
• Your order may ship in multiple packages.
