How to: Fix SCUF Envision not powering on

Envision Pro

Envision (Wired)

 

If your controller is not powering on, please try the steps below.

 

Envision Pro

  • Ensure that the controller is in USB mode.
  • If iCUE is running in the background, ensure that the controller is not in ECO mode
  • If iCUE is not running in the background, press the G5 button to ensure that the controller is not in ECO mode
  • Reset the controller using the reset button. Click HERE for the step-by-step procedure. 

 

Envision (Wired)

  • If iCUE is running in the background, ensure that the controller is not in ECO mode
  • If iCUE is not running in the background, press the G5 button to ensure that the controller is not in ECO mode
  • Reset the controller using the reset button. Click HERE for the step-by-step procedure.
