If you are having issues updating the firmware with the Envision Pro, please try the following steps. 

1. Connect the Envision Pro and Wireless Receiver directly to the system's motherboard.
2. Set the controller to Wireless mode. 
3. Launch iCUE, go to the Device Settings for the Envision Controller, and update the controller's firmware. It should now finish successfully.
    

   

   

   

4. Do the exact instructions in Step 3 for the Wireless Receiver.
