We know you're excited to get your gear. Whether you've ordered a custom controller or have a replacement on the way, here is how you can monitor your package's progress every step of the way.
Step 01: Locate your Order Number
Your Order Number (starting with the letter S) is included in the confirmation email sent immediately after your purchase. If you have a SCUF account, you can also find it under Order History.
Step 02: Check the Order Status
Visit our Order Tracker and enter your Order Number and email address. You will be able to see if your controller is in Processing, Production, or has already Shipped.
Step 03: Track the Shipment
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link. Click the button below to go directly to the portal to track your delivery.
Important: For RMA replacements, enter your RMA number (starts with 200) instead of an order number. If you see two tracking numbers, the first is for your return label and the second is for your new gear.
