🔎 What You’ll Need

To look up your order, you’ll need:

• Your Order Number (from your confirmation email)
• The Email Address you used at checkout

🧭 Option 1: Use the Order Lookup Tool

1. Go to our Order Status Page
2. Enter your Order Number and Email Address
3. Click “Find My Order”
4. You’ll see:
   1. Order status (Processing, Shipped, Delivered)
   2. Tracking number (if shipped)
   3. Items included 

📩 Option 2: Check Your Email Confirmation

After you placed your order, you should have received:

• A confirmation email with your order number.
• A shipping email (once shipped) with your tracking info
   

If you can’t find it:

• Search your inbox for “SCUF Order” or “noreply@scufgaming.com”
• Check your spam/junk folder

🛑 Can’t Find Your Info?

If you’ve lost your order number or didn’t receive a confirmation:

• Double-check for typos in your email
• Contact SCUF Support with:
  • Your full name.
  • Approximate order date.
  • Any billing details (last 4 digits of card, etc.).

Please note:

• Customer Support cannot modify an existing order or expedite orders.   
• Your order may be sent in separate packages.
