It's totally normal to feel concerned when your tracking number isn't showing updates—don’t worry, we’ve got answers. Here’s what could be happening and what you can do.
📦 1. The Carrier Hasn’t Scanned the Package Yet
Sometimes, your tracking number is created when your order is ready to ship—but the shipping carrier (like UPS, FedEx, or USPS) hasn’t picked it up or scanned it yet. This means:
- The label is printed and in the system.
- The package is waiting to be picked up or scanned at the facility.
Please note: Give it 24–48 business hours to show the first update, especially during high-volume times.
🕐 2. Delays in Carrier Systems
Carriers sometimes experience delays in scanning or updating tracking information in real-time. Even if your order is moving, the tracking page might not reflect that immediately.
🔎 What You Can Do
- Wait 24–48 hours after your tracking number was issued.
- Check your spam folder for any SCUF shipping confirmation or carrier emails.
- If it’s been more than 5 business days with no updates, contact us so we can help.
