Need to make a change or cancel your SCUF order? Here’s what you need to know—plus how to get help fast.
❓Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
We’ll try to help—but timing is everything.
Once your order starts processing or enters production (especially custom builds), we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
🔄 Changes You Might Be Able to Make
If the order hasn’t shipped or entered production, we might be able to:
- Update your shipping address (please note that most addresses cannot be updated and will require a cancellation).
- Cancel the order so you can place a new one
- Fix other minor errors
⚠️ We cannot add or swap items once the order is placed. You’ll need to cancel and reorder.
⏱️ When to Act
- The sooner you contact us, the better.
- Best chance is within 1–2 hours of placing the order.
- Reach out during business hours for a faster response.
📩 How to Request a Change or Cancellation
- Go to our Contact Support Page
- Choose “Cancel or Modify an Order”
- Include the following:
- Your Order Number
- Your Email Address
- A clear explanation of what you want to change or cancel
We'll reply as soon as possible to let you know if the request can be completed.
🚚 If Your Order Has Already Shipped
Unfortunately, once your order has shipped:
- It cannot be canceled or modified.
- You’ll need to wait for delivery, then request a return (if eligible).
