For all authorized RMAs, we provide a prepaid shipping label. We strongly recommend using our provided label to ensure your return is handled safely and efficiently.
Why use our shipping label?
- Full Insurance: Packages sent using our prepaid labels are covered against transit loss or damage. This coverage is subject to proper packaging standards and the verification of the shipment details.
- Priority Tracking: Our labels are linked directly to your RMA, allowing our warehouse to track your return and process it faster.
- Prepaid Costs: Our prepaid labels are the most efficient way to return your product. Please note that we are unable to guarantee the reimbursement of shipping costs incurred when using a third-party carrier.
⚠️ Important Note: If you choose to use your own carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please keep your tracking receipt as proof of shipment until your return is processed.
