At this time, SCUF does not allow customers to use their own shipping labels, carriers, or shipping accounts for placing, fulfilling orders or for RMAs.

All shipments must go through our approved shipping partners, which ensures:

• Order tracking is fully integrated
• Faster, more reliable processing
• Protection for both parties through verified carriers

📦 Why Can’t I Choose My Own Carrier?

To keep fulfillment streamlined and secure, we only offer shipping through trusted, preselected carriers like:

• UPS
• FedEx
• DHL (International)
• USPS (for select orders)

If you're returning a product or sending something in for warranty service:

• We’ll provide the correct return shipping instructions.
