🕵️ Step 1: Double-Check Your Surroundings
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered just before dropping them off—or leave them in unexpected places.
Check:
- All entrances, porches, garages, and back doors
- With neighbors, roommates, or building management
- Mailrooms, package lockers, or leasing offices (if applicable)
Carriers may also leave photo proof—check your tracking link.
⏳ Step 2: Wait 24 Hours
In many cases, packages marked “Delivered” show up within 24 hours due to:
- Early scan errors
- Additional driver routes
- Delivery delays or rerouting
Please note:
- Keep checking throughout the day—it might still arrive.
- Do not wait more than 24 hours to contact us as claims are very time sensitive.
📦 Step 3: Check Your Tracking Details
Use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email to:
- See when and where it was marked delivered
- Check for “Delivered to Mailbox,” “Front Door,” or “Reception” notes
- Look for photo confirmation if offered by the carrier

If you’ve followed all the steps above and still haven’t received your package after 24–48 hours:

- Include:
- Your Order Number
- Your Tracking Number
- A short explanation of the issue
