Step 01
Check your surroundings.
Carriers often leave packages in discreet locations to prevent theft. Please check:
Side doors, porches, and garage areas.
With neighbors, roommates, or building management/mailrooms.
The tracking link for a "Photo of Delivery" if provided by the carrier.
Step 02
Wait 24 hours.
Occasionally, carriers mark a package as "Delivered" when it is still on the truck or being transferred to a local facility. In most cases, these packages arrive the following business day.
Step 03
Start an Investigation.
If 24 hours have passed and you still haven't located your order, click the button below to notify our support team so we can open a trace with the carrier.
Important: Do not wait more than 48 hours to contact us, as claims are time-sensitive. Beyond this window, we may be unable to open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
