To speed things up, please take:
- A clear photo of the wrong item you received
- A photo of the packing slip (if included in the box)
- The shipping label on the box
These images help us verify and correct the mistake quickly.

Reach out to us and include:
- Your Order Number
- A brief explanation of what’s wrong
- The photos mentioned above
We’ll review everything and let you know the next steps to resolve the issue.
