Step 1: Double-Check Your Order
Before submitting a claim:
- Compare the item you received with your order confirmation email
- Make sure it wasn’t a variation (color, button style, etc.) you selected during customization
- For bundles or accessories, confirm each included item
Sometimes what you ordered may look slightly different due to lighting or model updates—when in doubt, we’ll check for you!
Step 2: Take a Few Clear Photos
To speed things up, please take:
- A clear photo of the wrong item you received
- A photo of the packing slip (if included in the box)
- The shipping label on the box
These images help us verify and correct the mistake quickly.
Step 3: Contact SCUF Support
Reach out to us and include:
- Your Order Number
- A brief explanation of what’s wrong
- The photos mentioned above
We’ll review everything and let you know the next steps to resolve the issue.
What Happens Next?
Once we verify the mistake, we’ll:
- Ship the correct item to you (if in stock)
- Provide return instructions for the incorrect item (if needed)
- Keep you updated every step of the way
