- The packing slip (if included)
These images are essential for our support team to assess the issue and file a claim with the carrier if needed.

Contact us with:
- Your Order Number
- A short explanation of the issue
- The photos you took of the damage
We’ll review your case and respond with next steps.

Depending on the damage and your situation, we may:
