We take every step to protect your order, but sometimes packages experience damages during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please follow the steps below so we can make it right.
Step 01
Document the damage.
Take clear, high-resolution photos of the following:
Outside of the shipping box (showing any dents or tears)
The shipping label clearly showing the tracking number
The damaged product itself
These images are essential for our support team to assess the issue and file a claim with the carrier if needed.
Step 02
Keep all materials.
Do not discard the shipping box or any packing materials. The carrier may occasionally request to inspect the packaging.

Important: Claims for transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp provided by the carrier.
