To request a refund, please contact us HERE with a cancellation request as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number (starts with a S).

Your order has not started production:

Your order can be canceled and refunded in full. 

Your order is in production but has not yet shipped:

Your order can still be canceled, but a restocking fee of 15% may apply (unless your controller is a pre-configured model).

If your order has shipped:

Unfortunately, your order cannot be canceled. It will have to be returned to us after the delivery. 

Note: A refund will be issued via the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after the cancellation is processed.
