If you placed an order while being logged in, click on "My Orders" on the left panel, then "Cancel".

You can also contact us using our chat widget. Be sure to include your order number (starts with an S).

• The refund will be issued via the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after the cancellation is processed. 
• Please note that the "Cancel Order" option will not appear if your order is already in production, or if you purchased a pre-configured controller. Once the production process has begun, we are unable to cancel your order. You are welcome to return the item to us for a refund. Kindly note that a 15% restocking fee applies to custom controllers.
