To cancel your order, please submit a support ticket with a cancellation request. Be sure to include your order number and a specific request to cancel your order. A refund will be issued via the original payment method within 3 business days after the cancellation is processed.
If your order hasn’t started the production process, it can be cancelled for a full refund. If your order has already started the production process, there is a 15% restocking fee for cancelling your order. This 15% charge is used to offset the costs already incurred with starting the build, and now disassembly of your controller.
