The Scuf Gaming Limited Warranty Policy covers the cosmetic condition of the controller upon delivery and its full functionality.
The warranty does not cover excessive wear or damage to the controller, which may be determined by inspection upon return.
New controllers - Instinct, Reflex, Envision, Nomad and Valor controllers purchased from the SCUF Gaming webstore or an Authorized Reseller have Warranty Period of 1 year beginning the date of delivery.
Refurbished controllers - Refurbished controllers purchased from the SCUF Gaming webstore, have a Warranty Period of 3 months, beginning the date of delivery.
Examples of what would not be covered include, but are not limited to:
- Torn or damaged power cord
- Damage to the controller
- Liquid damage or food crumbs getting in or on the controller.

Disclosure Regarding Availability of Spare Parts, Repair Services and Maintenance Information
Corsair Memory, Inc. (“Corsair”) is providing this statement to meet the disclosure obligations of Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act, as amended by Bill 29 (2023, chapter 21), for products offered in Quebec. The availability of replacement parts, repair services, and repairs and maintenance information for Corsair products are outlined below.
| Spare Parts | Corsair does not guarantee the ongoing availability of spare parts. Some parts may be made available at Corsair’s discretion during the warranty period, as provided in the limited warranty terms mentioned below and subject to availability. Corsair does not supply parts directly to consumers and does not support self-installation of internal components. No spare parts are offered outside of the warranty service process. |

| Repair or Maintenance Information | Corsair does not provide repair instructions, diagnostic software, or tools to consumers. Products are not designed for consumer self-repair. |
However, all Corsair products are covered by Corsair’s standard limited warranty as set out in this warranty document.
Installation:
All repairs, including any replacement of internal components, are performed exclusively by Corsair or its authorized service provider during the warranty period. Customers should not attempt to disassemble or repair products on their own, as doing so may result in safety risks and void the warranty.
