Instinct and Reflex
For all new Instinct Controllers and Reflex Controllers purchased on January 1, 2023 or later from the SCUF Gaming webstore or an Authorized Reseller, the Warranty Period is 1 year (12 months) beginning the date the Instinct Controller or Reflex Controller was received by you unless otherwise required by law.
If your controller is refurbished, the warranty is 3 months (90 days).
Note: If you purchased your controller before January 1st of 2023, the Warranty Period is 180 days (6 months).
Impact, Infinity4PS, Accessories and H1
For all other Impact Controllers and Infinity4PS Controllers, Accessories and H1 purchased from the SCUF Gaming webstore or from an authorized reseller, the Warranty Period is 6 months (180 days) beginning the date the Game Controller or Accessory was received to you unless otherwise required by law.
