If you need to return your product, please follow these steps carefully to ensure your return is processed smoothly:
Step 1: 📩 Submit an RMA Request

Open the Chat widget located on the bottom right of your screen, as shown below.

Select Replacement on Return, depending on your request.
- Enter the information required (name, address, etc.), and click on "Send".

That's it, your RMA is created! The Chat will show you the message below. You will also receive a confirmation email with your request number. You can always respond to this email if you have any questions.
Step 2: ⌛ Wait for RMA Information
You will receive an email with the next steps. Please make sure to also check your SPAM folder.
Step 3: 📦 Prepare Your Package for Return
Pack your product securely with the prepaid label provided, ideally in the original packaging. If a commercial invoice was emailed to you, please ensure to attach it on the outside of your package.
Step 4: 🚚 Ship Your Product Back
Drop off your package at one of the carrier's location. The name of the carrier is on your prepaid label.
❌ Important Information:
- RMAs sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Your RMA will remain valid for 30 days. If you send your controller after this period, please create a new RMA.
- Only send one controller per package with its own label. We cannot accept multiple controllers in one box or under one label to keep the process running smoothly.
