We are sorry that you're having issues with your controller. Open the Chat widget located on the bottom right of your screen, and type:
- Replacement: "I need to create an RMA".
- Refund: "I need a refund". Please make sure you're eligible for a refund before submitting your request: What is the Scuf Gaming return policy?
- You can also ask to "Create a ticket".

Once your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is created, you will receive an email with the next steps and your RMA will remain valid for 30 days. If you send your controller after this period, please create a new RMA. If you need to send multiple controllers, please ship them in separate packages to avoid the risk of one getting lost.
