Please DO NOT use this form for a repair or upgrade a SCUF ELITE, INFINITY ONE, SCUF 4PS, Infinity 4PS, IMPACT & Infinity4PS Pro, Prestige, Vantage or Vantage 2 controllers ordered before July 1st 2018, - those requests should go to our Customer Support team by filling out a ticket here.
