Before returning a product for a refund, please make sure to review our  Return Policy.

You have 30 days from the day of original delivery to return your controller to us. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned custom controllers that are not defective. If your item is defective, the restocking fee will be waived. There is no restocking fee for pre-configured controllers. 

Once done, please prepare the information below and create an RMA via our Chat widget, located on the bottom right of your screen, using the following information:

• First and Last Name
• Order Number (if available)
• Seal of Approval number
• A detailed explanation of why you are returning your device and requesting a refund
