If your order has not shipped
Unfortunately, your order will need to be canceled. Please contact us immediately. If you have a SCUF account, you can also cancel your order if you have a SCUF account.
Note: All orders that have begun production processing (unless pre-configured models) may have a 15% restocking fee deducted from cancellation refunds. Refunds process in 3-5 business days.
If your order has shipped
- FedEx - You can contact us and request a pick-up.
- UPS - You need to create a UPS MyChoice account with the same address email as the one on the order. You will then be able to customize your delivery.
- USPS - You need to contact the carrier directly.
- DHL - You can either contact us or contact the carrier directly.
