Once an order has been placed, the best way to change the shipping address on your order is by reaching out to us via a support ticket (found here). Please be sure to include your order number, email address used when placing your order, and complete new shipping address desired.
Please note the following based on how you paid for your order:
Credit Card / Debit Card
Changing the shipping address for a credit or debit card order requires your entire order to be reviewed by our 3rd party fraud screening partner. This process will place your order on hold for 24-48 hours while approval is requested, and will extend the delivery time of the order from the original date provided.
If the address provided is not approved, the order will automatically be cancelled as part of that review process. If approved, the order will automatically resume production in our facility.
We are unable to make shipping address changes for order paid through PayPal. You will have to cancel your actual order and place a new order with the correct address.
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If you have a SCUF account, you can cancel the order directly through the tab “My Orders” on our website.
