Once an order has been placed, the best way to change the shipping address on your order is by reaching out to us via a support ticket (found here). Please be sure to include your order number, email address used when placing your order, and complete new shipping address desired.
Please note the following based on how you paid for your order:
Credit Card / Debit Card
Changing the shipping address for a credit or debit card order requires your entire order to be reviewed by our 3rd party fraud screening partner. This process will place your order on hold for 24-48 hours while approval is requested, and will extend the delivery time of the order from the original date provided.
If the address provided is not approved, the order will automatically be cancelled as part of that review process. If approved, the order will automatically resume production in our facility.
The shipping address we use for your order must match the address listed in your PayPal account. If you paid for your order with PayPal, please update your shipping address in your PayPal account first, then send Scuf Gaming a screen shot showing the change as well as a request to have your shipping address modified.
