December 2020 Update
To our community,
Due to the recent increase in restrictions associated with COVID-19 around the world, we are again prioritizing the safety of our staff and customers in our decisions. As a result, we need to limit the number of employees allowed in our EU facility and that will have a short-term effect on our capacity to repair controllers at our European location.
We apologize in advance to any delay or inconvenience this may cause you. This is not something we take lightly, and we will make every effort to get your repair underway and back to you as quickly as we can. If your repair is affected, you will receive an emailing letting you know the status. We will send additional communications as updates are available.

We have opened our repair service to all customers (for in-warranty, out of warranty and upgrade service)!
If you already contacted our customer service team, we will process your request as quickly as we can. We will address repairs in the order they were received.
If this is a new request, please create a support ticket here. Please be sure to include your:
- First and Last Name
- Order Number (if available)
- Seal of Approval number
- A detailed explanation of why your controller needs servicing
