If you’ve received your SCUF order but noticed that some items are missing, don’t worry — there are a few reasons this might happen, and we’re here to help.
📦 Partial Shipments
Sometimes, your order may ship in multiple packages. This can happen if:
- Certain items are shipped from different warehouses
- Some products are custom-made or take longer to prepare
- Accessories are processed separately from controllers
In these cases, the rest of your items may still be on their way. Be sure to check your shipping confirmation email(s) — there may be multiple tracking numbers listed if your order was split.
🔍 Still Missing Something?
If all packages have been delivered, but you’re still missing an item, please contact our support team. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A description of the missing item(s)
- Any tracking info you've received
