Scuf Gaming professionally packages all controllers in foam-padded retail boxes that are inserted into new-condition brown corrugated boxes.
If your package arrives with damage to the brown corrugated box, and that damage is impacting the quality of the internal packaging, please do the following:
- Submit a request HERE as soon as possible. Most shipping carriers require notification within two business days.
- Retain the original brown shipping box with the label. The shipping carrier might need this as part of their investigation.
- Include pictures of all sides of the damaged package.
