Scuf Gaming professionally packages all controllers in foam padded retail boxes that are inserted into new condition brown corrugated boxes.
If your package arrives with damage to the brown corrugated box, and that damage is impacting the quality of the internal packaging, please do the following:
- Open a support ticket with our team as soon as possible. Most shipping carriers require notification within two business days.
- Retain the original brown shipping box with the label. The shipping carrier might need this as part of their investigation.
- Include pictures of the damage when you submit your support ticket.
