Unfortunately, we are unable to modify an order once it has been received in our system. This includes adding or removing features on controllers, modifying color configurations, or changing the selected address. 

If a change absolutely needs to be made, your order will have to be canceled, and you will need to reorder. If you have a SCUF account, you can cancel your order after logging in. You can also contact us with your order number. 

Please note: Special promotions or delivery times with new orders might not match a canceled order.
