Unfortunately, we are unable to modify your order once it has been received in our system. This includes adding/removing features to controllers, or modifying color configurations already selected.
If a change absolutely needs to be made, you can request your order be cancelled and a refund issued so you can place a new order. Please note that special promotions or delivery times with new orders might not match a cancelled order.
To cancel your order, please submit a support ticket with a cancellation request. Be sure to include your order number and a specific request to cancel your order. A refund will be issued via the original payment method within 3 business days after the cancellation is processed.
