To reset the controller, follow the steps below:

1. Turn off the controller.
2. Remove the paddle closest to the L2 shoulder button.
3. Locate the small reset button on the back of the controller near the L2 shoulder button. 
4. Use a small, unfolded paper-clip or something similar to push the button; the button is inside the tiny hole. Hold the button down for a few seconds and release.
