If you're encountering any unresponsiveness or lag with your controller during gameplay, we recommend the following to resolve the issue:

1. Moving your PlayStation 4 at least a few feet from your TV and Wireless modem.

2. Allowing the console to maintain a direct line of sight to your controller and reduce the distance from the console to the controller if needed.

3. Ensure your controller is not within close proximity (3-5 feet) to any other electronics (especially Bluetooth emitting devices).

4. If you’d like to keep your phone or tablet close to your console, try to put it on airplane mode to see if it helps. If the problem stops, then it’s likely the mobile device is causing the interference.
