The whole process usually takes 14 business days, from the day of receiving your controller. If your controller is out of warranty, the repair time frame doesn't start until you approve the quote and payment has been received.
The different steps are:
Check-in
This process usually takes 3-4 business days from the day your controller is received at our facility.
Test-In
Our technicians will diagnose the issue and provide you with a quote if your controller is out of warranty.
Repair
Our technicians repair your controller and replace all the necessary parts so that your controller gets back to its initial condition.
Test-Out
Our technicians will test your controller to make sure all problems are resolved.
Shipped
Once your controller is shipped, you will receive the tracking information via email.
