We understand how important your controller is to you, which is why we are committed to providing you with fast and reliable RMA services.
We aim to complete all RMAs within 20 business days from the date we receive your controller. This timeframe has temporarily been extended due to the holidays.
For out-of-warranty controllers, the RMA timeline begins only after you approve the quote and payment is received.
Please note that check-in can take up to 7 business days after your package was delivered. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is. If your controller has not been processed within this time, please contact us.
