RMA Processing Timeline
RMA processing times vary based on the nature of the issue and current volume. Generally, you can expect your replacement to be shipped back to you within 3–7 business days after processing is complete.
Step-by-Step
- Receiving Your Return: Once delivered, it typically takes 1–2 business days to be received in our system. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt.
- Replacement: Replacements typically take 7 business days to process before being shipped.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your product. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
NOTE: To track your status, enter your RMA number (starts with 200) instead of an order number. If you see two tracking numbers, the first is for your return label and the second is for your replacement.
