FAQ - My SCUF Vantage controller isn’t charging.

The SCUF Vantage Wireless/Wired models must be placed in Wired mode (USB) in order to initiate charging.

 

Step 1: Plug in the provided High Speed Braided Micro-USB Cable to your controller’s Micro-USB port.

Step 2: Plug in the other end of the cable to a USB port on your PlayStation® 4 system.

Step 3: Toggle the Wireless/Wired switch to the left (Wired mode).

 

Please note that the SCUF Vantage Wired only model does not have a battery and therefore does not require charging.
