The activation of the Vibration Modules is dependent on the game that you are playing. Please check in-game settings to ensure that vibrations are part of the game and that they are enabled as certain games allow you to disable this feature. If your Vibration Modules are not working as expected, please ensure that they are correctly connected as follows:

Step 1: Remove the faceplate by lifting it from the controller chassis using the two finger notches on each side of the handles.

Step 2: Remove both Vibration Modules from the controller by lifting the finger notch on top of each of the modules.

Step 3: Place the Vibration Modules back in, ensuring that the module marked “L” is on the left of the controller, and the module marked “R” is on the right of the controller. Both marks should be facing the outside of the controller.

Step 4: Push each module to secure them, you will feel them “click” into place.

Step 5: Put the faceplate back on the controller and push to secure. You will hear the magnets “click” into place.

If the problem persists, please try to reset your controller.
