If your SCUF Vantage 2 works in the PS4™ menus but not in-game, this can be due to over-screwing the Hair Triggers. To resolve this issue, tune your Hair Triggers back to their initial position (flush with the base of the trigger). If the problem persists, please reset your controller using the steps below:
- Remove the faceplate by lifting it from the controller chassis using the two finger notches on each side of the handles.
- Using the provided 0.9mm SCUF Key, press the reset button located on the right inside of the inner faceplate (beneath the Circle button).
- Put the faceplate back on the controller and push to secure. You will hear the magnets “click” into place.
If the issue persists, restart your controller by putting your controller in wired mode, and disconnecting then reconnecting the Micro-USB cable.
