To receive a shipping label for an in-warranty repair, you must create an RMA first by clicking HERE. The label will then be sent to you automatically (please make sure to check your SPAM folder). If you created an RMA but have not received a label, please reach out to us HERE.
Please note: If your controller was not bought on the Scuf Gaming webstore, you must provide valid proof of purchase in order to validate your warranty.
