As part of your 180-day repair warranty, we'll take care of the costs of getting your controller shipped to our location.
To receive a shipping label for an in-warranty repair, please reach out to Support here and have one requested to be provided for you. Please make sure to fill out as much of the ticket submission form as possible, as our agents will need to be able to locate the order associated with your SCUF and verify its warranty status.
Once done, an agent will review your ticket and have a shipping label attached as a separate file in their next response to you.
