If you are having issues with the connectivity with your console or PC, follow the steps below:

1. Hold the Home button until it turns off. 
2. Turn the controller back on.

If you're having issues with the paddles not working correctly or as expected, follow the steps below:

1. Take a small pin or the SCUF Key

2. Press the small button (see below) on the back of the controller

If you're having an issue that is not listed above, try the following:

1. Take out the battery and/or unplug your controller from the source.
2. Wait about a minute.
3. Put the battery back come and/or plug your controller back in.
