If you are experiencing less than ideal performance with your Instinct on PC while plugged in directly using the included USB-C Cable, try the following:
- Power cycle the controller by unplugging and removing the battery.
- Checking for any windows updates, or controller updates through the Xbox Accessories Application
- Try using a different USB port
- Try using a different USB cable if the above all fail - you might also look to eliminate any USB Adapters/Hubs (if you're using one) as an issue as you troubleshoot
