To swap the thumbsticks, please follow the steps below:

1. Lift the removable Faceplate Trim away from the controller by pulling up from both sides at the bottom of the handles.
2. Next, pull up a thumbstick to remove the thumbstick from the controller.
3. Align the new thumbstick to the thumbstick shaft, and press down firmly until the thumbstick is locked into place at the base of the thumbstick shaft.
4. Replace the Faceplate Trim. The Faceplate Trim will click into place when aligned correctly with the controller.

SCUF purposely uses a one-piece thumbstick which is locked in place by the removable Faceplate Trim to ensure the thumbstick does not become displaced on the controller during use.
