Does scuf gaming ship products to argentina? And does it get to my home addres or do i have to go though customs clearance?

Hey! i would like to buy a Scuf controller but im not sure if it can be shipped to my country, and more specificly to my home addres. I couldnt find any information of this in the faq and i would love an answer so i can finally buy it. On the other hand i would like to know what would happen if the controller doesnt get to my hands once bought, would i get a refund?
