problems with the payment via paypal

Hello I wonna buy a "Reflex" Controller via paypal but I can't. I Customize a Reflex controller and go to the checkout and click on the paypal button but the it says.:

"Paypal checkout could not be initialized. Please contact the store owner."

so and that's why I'm here and hope you guys can help me.
