If you've requested a refund from SCUF but no longer have the physical credit card you used for your original purchase—don’t worry! As long as your bank account is still active and linked to that card, your refund should still go through without any issues.
How It Works:
- Same Bank Account, New Card: Refunds go back to the account, not the card number. So if your bank issued you a new card (due to expiration, loss, etc.), your refund will still be processed successfully.
- Automatic Rerouting: Most banks will automatically route the refund to your current card or hold it in your account.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. If it's been longer than 10 days, reach out to your bank for an update.
What You Can Do:
- Check that your bank account is still active and tied to the original purchase.
- Monitor your bank account for the refund to appear over the next few days.
- Contact your bank if you don’t see the refund after 10 business days.
