If you need to return your product, please follow these steps carefully to ensure your return is processed smoothly.
1. Submit Request
Open the Chat widget on the bottom right of your screen. Select "Replacement" or "Return" and follow the prompts.
2. Check Email
You will receive a confirmation email with your RMA number and instructions. Remember to check your spam folder!
3. Pack Securely
Use the original packaging if possible. Attach your prepaid label and commercial invoice, if applicable to the outside of the box.
4. Drop Off
Take your package to the carrier listed on your label. Keep your drop-off receipt for tracking purposes.
⚠️ Important Information
- Check Eligibility: Please ensure you are eligible for a refund by reviewing the SCUF Return Policy before submitting your request.
- RMA Validity: Your RMA is valid for 30 days. After 30 days, you must create a new request.
- Shipping Restrictions: We cannot process RMAs for PO Box addresses or ineligible countries. Review Ineligible Locations here.
- Warranty Status: We are currently unable to service products that are out of warranty.
- No Combined Returns: Do NOT put multiple returns in one box. Each return needs its own package and label.
Note on Legacy Products: We no longer service PS4 products, Prestige, Elite, Infinity1, or Vantage Series 1 or 2.
