We know you cannot wait for your new gear to arrive. Follow these steps to monitor your order's progress every step of the way.
STEP 01: LOCATE YOUR ORDER NUMBER
Your Order Number is included in the confirmation email sent right after your purchase. If you have an account, you can also find it under your Order History.
STEP 02: CHECK THE ORDER STATUS
Visit our online tracker and enter your Order Number and email address to view the current status of your package.
STEP 03: TRACK THE SHIPMENT
Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a direct tracking link.
Common tracking shipment statuses:
- Pending: We are preparing your order. It has not been handed over to the shipping carrier yet.
- Shipment Ready: Your package is boxed up and ready to go. If it stays in this status, the carrier has not scanned it into their system yet.
- In-Transit: Your order is traveling safely on its way to your delivery address.
- Delivered: Your package has successfully arrived at your destination address.
- Return to Sender: The delivery failed or was refused, and the package is coming back to our warehouse.
PLEASE NOTE: It can take 24 to 48 hours for a new tracking number to go live. If yours shows no information initially, please wait a few hours and check back later.
